ARP 2600: PCBs are cut, mouser order, updates

The PCBs are now cut to shape (except one missed spot) and now ready for drilling.

The faders order got split in parts because backorder, one part should arrive very soon. The thonk one for the jacks will arrive soon too, and the PCB for the PSU is on its way.

Missing for now are a bunch of transistors to source off ebay, and the panel.
